Cooperation Guide

  • 01.We are a remote team and do not support on-site requirements. We do not accept any government or public institution projects, bidding projects, or second-hand/multi-hand outsourcing projects.
  • 02.Your project must comply with laws and regulations. We do not accept any projects involving gray or black industries (e.g., web3, gambling, adult content, violence, VPNs, fraud, public web crawlers, etc.).
  • 03.The studio provides high-quality services only. We do not engage in price wars or produce low-quality, cheap outsourcing or crowdsourcing work. Our minimum project fee is ¥10,000 CNY or $1,500 USD.
  • 04.Our payment term is 4-4-2 (40% deposit to start, 40% interim payment, and 20% final payment upon launch).
  • 05.Please clarify your project requirements first (if none, we can write the requirements document for a fee; detailed requirements are not necessary for small projects). This facilitates quick cooperation and avoids unnecessary disputes. If UI design or prototypes are needed, you can also entrust us to do them.

Requirements

Budget & Timeline

Client provides budget and timeline (preferred) to facilitate quick cooperation.

Feasibility
03

Project manager and developers confirm feasibility to start work.

UI Design

We can design UI/Prototypes if needed (direct coding for small projects).

Deposit
05

Pay 40% deposit. We set up exclusive group chat and repository.

Development

Iterative coding via private git repo and handling client tickets.

CI/CD

Auto build/deploy via Drone (or other tools for mobile apps).

Interim Payment

Client reviews progress and pays 40% interim payment.

Delivery
09

Deploy and deliver source code. Client pays 20% final payment upon confirmation.

Maintenance

Optional maintenance period. Fee is 20% of dev cost per year.

4-4-2 Payment

  • 40% deposit after confirming cooperation
  • 40% interim payment during project mid-term
  • 20% final payment upon launch/delivery. Maintenance: 1st year free, then 20% of dev cost/year
